ICC developped for Naviera Armas SA a study of the measures necessary to harness the sales of the Lanzarote-Fuerteventura line and develop a commercial / marketing plan, which will develop a set of activities for the compilation of internal information and marketso.

The stages of the project consisted of:

1. The definition of the market and methodology of intervention and investigation into the perception of the clients thoughts about the competition of the line Lanzarote to Fuertevantura and
2. The elaboration of a commercial and marketing plan to optimise the line Lanzarote to Fuerteventura from Naviera Armas.
