ICC is the consutor to the company responsible for spreading the Euro into the Canary Islands

ICC was the consultancy company that designed, and implimented the company for the spreading of the Euro through the Council of Economy and Property of the Government of the Canary Islands.

The company did this in two phases:

Phase 1: The spreading of amall and medium enterprises
The "EuroAsesores" of ICC informed 5.000 small and medium enterprises to create a formulative spreading of basic facts the Canarian businesses needed to know to about adapting to the Euro.

This phase was developed in the first semester of 2001, in the

Las Palmas region (Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura). In this phase, the client was informed in real time, about the evolution of the plan, as well as the number and identification of the visited businesses, through a intranet/extranet.

Phase II: Formation of Training in the large companies and organizations The second phase of forming the businesses and organisations, was done through training, it consisted of 500 formative actions in Tenerife, La Palma, Gomera and El Heirro, in the second semester of 2001.

In 1998, the company REF

Through this form, ICC continued its colaberation with the economic and propetorial government of the Canaries. REF started in 1998 and over 40.000 Canarian businesses joined the program and therefore it use telephones as the method of communication between the member businesses.
