"Firgas" waters, the ultimate in telefonic customer care

A study of the the telephone services conducted by ICC on "Firgas", a water production company has permitted the company to better its systems and procedures of telephone care. This has allowed a higher service of customer care to be given to the clients that ring the offices each day.

Through the systematic study, monitoring of calls and evaluating the switchboard at "Firgas" waters, ICC has been able to construct a ddiagnostic on the state of the telephonic care system and made suggestions on how it would be improved.
The telephonic care is a method of putting across the company image, if good care is offered, the clients are likely to have a good metal picture of the company. The image of the company is also based on the quality of the finished product and customer services offered to the clients.
