Tourism and Housing trends

From the 13th to the 18th of December in the demonstration centre of ICC in Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) and the 20th to the 23rd in Santa Cruz in Tenerife, is a celebration and collaberation of all the new technologies aimed at the torism industry. The aim is to show and demonstrate technologies to better adapt to the ever changing trend of tourism.

ICC has inquired into this trend and has found techniques to increase sales and gain customer loyalty in both the housing and tourism sectors. These have been met by great acceptance by companies in the sector, including, The Sea side Hotel, Creativity Hotels (part of the Lopesan Touristik group), Hotel Fataga, Dunas Hotels, and the hotel Las Margaritas of the group Barceló.

Between the technical tools that ICC have presnted to the estate agent / house buying market sector. ICC can detuct that qualitative investigation, using duscussion groups are the best way to attract potential buyers.

To form customer service departments has been another of the tendencies shown by ICC, the building and moving home or estate agent services are more concious that a living quarters or house is a one time buying process for a family unit. However, studies have shown that with customer care and having a product directly suited to customer needs is likely to persuade the family unit to re-buy by anything from 25-50%.

Inside the hotel sector, ICC proposes techniques to increase sales and to obtain customer loyalty between the present clients to anchor the present niche of the hotel market and to discover future lines of performance (tourism of golf, horse riding, diving, etc).

The travel agency sector is one of the sectors with the most impact on commercialisation systems.
