ICC sells carparks to the value of 2.4 million Euros to the company Saba


Car park sales of Saba in Plaza de España (Las Palmas of Gran Canaria)

The company Saba, the national leader for the renting of carparks, was in agreement in a project of constructing a new underground carpark in the Plaza España, in the central business district of Las Palmas (Gran Canaria), where it invested nearly 5 million Euros.

Saba contracted ICC for the sale of 177 places in this carpark, which ICC was able to do in 45 days. The carpark is located in the "avenida de Chil", with two levels of underground carparking, with the entrances and exits leadind to "avenida Mesa y López" and the Plaza España.

ICC as the company in charge of pre-sales and sales of the carparking places based the advertising on questionaires to residents nearto the zone and business men who work near the vecinity, and analysed the potential demand for the carparking spaces. Qualitative investigation (discussion groups) was used to the weeks prior to the selling of the spaces.

ICC encorperated techniques into this campaign such as Telemarketing and direct marketing. For the first time in the selling of a product with these characteristics, whats more, it was responsible it was responsible for public relations and all the means of communication.

Posters and leaflets were posted in information offices and shops along the "avenida Mesa y López". Finally, ICC selected and formed the sales personsof Saba for this operation, supervising their business actions and client sales.

In this project ICC employed a total of 18 workers, between management, development, market resesarch, design, marketing and sales teams.
