ICC, the first homological consultor of telecommunications in third network channels

After a collaberation period, that started in 1997, ICC aided the telefonical communication of third route channels in the Canary Islands, making them the first homological consultor, it has continued to be this for the years following its creation.

In this context, Telefonica (Spain) and ICC will organise the centre of training, it will consist of a training period of three working days on the program, El Teléfono, nueva herramienta de ventas en las empresas canarias.

These days, with a duration of 3 hours for each of them, will go over the presentations of the 900 line in call centers from intelligent switchboards and, in general, for sale by telephone as much in emission as reception.
