The specialist employment centres are companies with the prime objective of proportionating and giving work to people with certain disabilities as well as the accomplishment of a productive and remunerated work, adapted to the individuals personal characteristics and the labor integration of these people into the ordinary working world. One of the most successful forms of integration is placeing them into operating environment of the market. Backed by the law in article 42 of the law 13/1982 of the 7th of April. Underlining the right of the integration of people with disabilities.
The Companies of Insertion (EI) are companies, because they are managed and they contracted as any company is that sells their products or services on the market. Also, they are of insertion, because they were created in order to contract people who nobody wishes to contract and who, after spending a time of learning and training inside the company, will be contracted like workers in the working market.
