ICC Call Centres: telephone marketing with added value

The ICC call centre is a service for clients that require a high level of customer service and added value. Telephone marketing, information services are some of the services offered by our call centres. It is aimed at the client who expecs a high level of personalised services or advice on complicated aspects of marketing or strategies.

The ICC call centre works with one of the most sophisticated technologies avilable (ACD, CCS). It has the ability to make and recieve 1,500 calls every day any time for 365 days a year.
