ICC is a Canarian company founded in 1992. Since 1993 it has been the provider of the principal Canarian organisations (government, parliment, social organisations) for documentation management of news and information for the methods of communication, e.g, Newspapers, television and radio.

Since 1998 ICC has developed these service digitally, ICC has the technology allowing the transformation of physical documents to electronic format which then can be stored in a data base, it is able to index and store all images or documents collected.

In 2003 ICC introduced new methods of digitaliing all types of documents (written and audiovisual) as well as making huge advances in networking, for example, intranet / extranet, creating a new line of business: ICC Document Management and Digitalisation.

ICC gives its services to more than 210 organisations and businesses from the Canaries and Spanish mainland. focussing on an outstanding human, technological and physical technological structure.

ICC is registered in the Contractors of the Canarian community in the following subgroups:

M5: "Services to libraries, archives and museums".

V1: "Services for storing information my electronic methods", from informative papers and television"

V2 : "Other informative services and telecommunications".

Services of documental outsourcing

We offer digitalisation services, scan masses of documents, process manual and automatic capture of data, process full texts, ordering of file and document for consultation.

ICC provides a service of capturing data and carries out the digitalissation of this data and supplying it when needed by our clients. It also supplies the format of documents and their types, including, Administrative Documentation, Photographs, Sonorous Articles of Press, Books, Slides, Video, Documents, etc.

For this service, the most suitable devices of capture and imaging are used based on the type of documentation it is. In the same way, the final result will be given in the most suitable support and format previously decided with the client.

ICC also offers solutions of Storage of Information: Purge, file layout, Guards, Confidential Destruction, etc.

As complement to the service of document digitalisation, others methods are also possible, for example:
