Quality systems and consultancy

The consultancy activity of ISO-9000 does not only limit the development and installation of quality systems in the company, but also external audits and performance of quality functions In organisations that are interested in subcontracting in the external environment (outsourcing).

Alternatively the phases offered on this type of project by ICC ar, the aid and support with:

Planning of the project

To prepare a detailled plan that will serve as a guide for the project.

Devopment of the project

To redesign the management system and prepare the corresponding documentation (instructions of quality procedures) that better the ISO 9001.
To mobilise the installation of the necessary changes needed for the modification of the existing working processes or creating of new ones, in accordance to those required by the industry sstandard ISO 9001.

Evaluation and Correction

To evaluate the management system of the company to see if it is ready for certification. To evaluate and repair and deficiancies hat may exist.

Certification

The organisation chosen by the company to revaluate the system to see if it complies with normal regulations. If the company is satisfied certification will be issued, if not ICC will correct any errors.

During these phases the personnel are supplied to make sure the project is carried out efectively.

Adaptation to systems ISO9001:2000

This service is aimed to those companies that have a system that is in compliance with the norms ISO 9000/1/2/3 (1994), who are interested in upgrading to the ISO 9001, the normal for 2000.
