Search and Management of Aid

ICC undertakes the search and management of aid for your internationalisation

•  SEARCH:

On the basis of a questionnaire, the type of project that is to be carried out is identified. Within one week, you will know of all the subventions that you will potentially have access to.

The SEARCH service is carried out via the development of a report based on a computer run query. Confirmation is by telephone or personal visit to the public sector organisations, including a résumé of the different subvention options for the project including detailed information on each and the following content:

a) Name of the aid and business.
b) Basic Information:

-Source of information.
-Date of the last up-date.
-Duration of the aid.

c)Description and scope:

-Objectives of the aid.
-Implementation.
-Benefit zones.

d)Characteristics of the aid:

-Type of aid.
-Set-up/Percentage of subvention.
-Eligible costs.

e)Beneficiaries:

-Characteristics of the beneficiaries.
-Type of entity.
-Localisation.

f)Restrictions:

-Maximum/Minimum value of the project.
-Other limitations.

g)Documentation:

-Forms and other documents to present.
-Limited term for the submittal of an application.

h)Addresses:

-Place for the submittal of applications.
-Telephone number and/or contact person’s details.

In the same service we offer help in searching for national and international partners, if the subvention requires it.

•  MANAGEMENT:


So that the entities that wish to can request a subvention for the type of aid previously stated. ICC develops the management of the project. We monitor the project from the preparation of the application until the client receives the previously known total.

The MANAGEMENT services offer:

a) Completion of the forms and instances requested according to the standardised models of the public service organisation.

b) Development of a personalised statement to present following the recommended rate for organisations.

c) Advice and help for the client and their relations with the public service organisation. Establishment of a strategy to stabilise and maintain direct contacts. Defining the best argument for the achievement of the objectives. Identification of the appropriate focus so that the presented application concludes well.

d) Presentation of the complete application to the public service organisation in the terms established following normal rules.

e) Monitor the proposal from once it has been presented to the public service organisation and in direct contact with the evaluators and solicitors of the subvention program.

f) Assistance concerning the client's relation to the institution once the subvention has been granted (among others, transmission of contracts, drafting of reports concerning results, preparation of documentation).

g) Advising in the general development stage of a project.

h) Organising business trips and technical meetings. Translation service.

i) Development of technical documentation for work groups.
