The Canary Islands form a part of Spain and the European Union. In order to compensate the condition of an ultraperipheral region, the legislation of the EU permits, under article 299 of the treaty of Amsterdam, the establishment of a more favourable fiscal regime.

Many Canarians like Madeirans and Azoreses count on a series of incentives and aids to the enterprise activity, authorised by the European Union and stte government.

Because of this, ICC develops its methods by means of:

• Two offices in the Canary Islands (Tenerife y Gran Canaria).
• Agreements and organisational partners in Madeira y Azores.

Africa: Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal and Green Cape Islands

Throughout 2004 ICC has set up production centres for some of its services in the following countries:
