  1. What does the figure of Associated Consultant (CA) within ICC consists of?

    A C.A is a professional, automic society interested in representing in part or totally the range of services offered by ICC in a location where ICC does not have direct offices (Gran Canaria and Tenerife in the Canary Islands).

    In all geographic zones that have the capacity to develop the services of ICC.

  7. What are the contractual relations between a CA and ICC like?

    They have mercantile character. They do not have labour character.

    On one side, They are regulated by a contract. When invoicing between the parts exists, a work or specific action is related to, a temporary concretion are all regulated by a contract.

  8. How are the professional relations between the AC and ICC?

    The professional relationship arises from:
    • A business opportunity generated by ICC.
    • A business opportunity generated by the CA, and that the CA can or prefers to take care of with the endorsement of ICC.

    In this moment, the CA draws up a plan that details the manner of how to develop the actions, the technical and human means of validating the plan, the cost of the plan and the best way of how it can be developed.

    ICC will maintain, normally, direct relations with the client, although sometimes, it will be that the CA has relation with the client.

    The work of ICC will be monitored by the CA and will make sure that the client receives the best service of professionalism and quality.
