In 2004 ICC obtained the certificate in accordant with the normal, UNE EN ISO 9001:2000.

The increase in activity detected in the competitively in the business sectors of the Canary Islands, is equal to the increase in demand for a market of quality, impulses the management of ICC to take measures in development, implantation and maintaining to increase the quality management system of the company.

The consolidation and rational growth in this sector, through the bettering our services, offers an increase in satisfaction for our customers, we have in place the following code of quality here at ICC :
  • To fulfil all and each one of the legal requirements applicable to our activity
  • To assure the continuous satisfaction our clients, solving with effectiveness the possible complaints that may appear.
  • Maintain to this day and continuously improve the System of quality management like average guaranteeing the confidence of our present clients and obtaining the confidence of potential clients.
  • Harness the capabilities of our personnel with training adapted to the necessities of the relevant posts, and better obtaining of the resources needed.
  • Analyse the needs of our clients, using internal communication to facilitate the development of out processes and work.

The direction of ICCconsiders the continuous improvement of the used methods fundamental to reach the enterprises vision and with this reason, it is committed firmly in the development and certification of the quality system management based around the normal UNE EN ISO 9001:2000, that allows the fulfilment of the requirements and objectives derived from the system, like the continued easy use of the system.

This policy of quality is communicated through all of the organisation, as commented on by the management of the business meetings of the system, according to that defined by the Procedure PQ02.01 of the quality system management of ICC.
