The offices at ICC are 450 square metres, with 35 working positions equiped with a computer and telephone. Furthermore, two presentation rooms are available having the capacity to hold around 40 people. One of ICC´s competitive strengths is its technology. It has two servers in its offices offering a local network, as well as four servers connected to the internet and another to an intranet, all linked with the highest security measures. A VPN (Virtual Private Networking) network in to of the Canary Island offices allow connections up to 2mb. |
Furthermore, the Canarian government installed in 2002, a physical connection (cable) between one of the two servers of ICC and the VPN of the Canarian Government, allowing the ability to transmit services and data required. In a fixed and secure manner, from there the necessary information can be sent to counsils or governments internationally.

ICC firstly launched (30 lines) and 10 digital lines that give endorsement between other resources, to a central call centre. But, with all, its principal objective is to find software and develop it, allowing it to be used for the services needed, i.e, nedia monitoring at an international level. ICC has developed an intranet to explore all the potential know how. Data baes and knowledge generated through years of experience. Equally, ICC has developed extranet models for some of our clients. |
